I'd be willing to reserve a conference room at Xylem for the group. 30'd be really tight, but it's an option. (our office is off 23rd & Broadway)

I had heard that the Gill Foundation let's Non profits use their conference rooms/meeting space. I've never been so I can't speak to it's ability to hold 30+, but I know the Denver Flex User Group was talking to the, so I assume it's big enough

I can still make the same offer I made before: my employer, the Integer Group, has several conference rooms with projectors, projection screens, and seating for 30+ in the Belmar Center in Lakewood.

Would it be possible to add the OpenID plugin (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/openid/)? I'm sure I'm not the only one tired of entering profile information in site after site... let alone the same site twice.

I recently found this site, but wanted to mention that the 21st will be the Denver leg of the Adobe AIR/Flex 3 pre-release tour.

http://ria5280.org/calendar/event/2008/1/21/29110

I'm not entirely sure it's going to be at the Library or not, I know there was some trouble with scheduling, but the site will be updated as soon as the location is locked down.

Thought I'd share.

Denver Open Media hosts the Drupal meetings, and we'd surely be happy to host a meeting for Refresh. Eventually, if the group is down for it, people can even start filming the meeting, broadcasting and webcasting them live on TV and the internet, since we're denver's public access TV station.

Our Studio A fits about 50 people...

check out denveropenmedia.org for more info and even a layout of our space

The downstairs room of Hooked on Colfax is long and narrow. It has a well lit large table at one end which would be suitable for the panel. The rest of the room has various comfortable chairs.

It isn't ideal, but it would work. AFIK it is free, but then they expect to sell some coffee, tea and snacks.

If you can, please take a look.

We will need to reserve it to make sure we have the room.

Parking is 'interesting', as I said, but AFIK you can legally park on 14th street - one block north of Colfax.

@Mike & @Julie -- thanks for jumping in.

@Mike -- at this point we just need a room where 30+ plus members can direct their attention to four or five panelists that sit up front and address our questions about running our own web businesses -- the topic is "Web Business Round Table Discussion With A Panel of Web Business Owners." Luckily, this time we don't need a screen or whiteboard or projector.

@Julie -- Unless someone wants to "pony up" the money sounds like DL is out despite the 14 days in advance. However I don't think the worst case scenario needs to be your home (though it might be fun) -- we could just cram into the hive again.

I've requested info from the reservations person at the Central branch of the Denver Library - most branches close at 6 on Wednesdays, but the Central branch allows meetings outside of their regular hours. The fee would be $30 or less sans food (there's an additional $25 fee if we bring in food), so fairly reasonably covered by sponsorship. The bad news - you have to reserve at least 14 days in advance, so it's out for this month. But could be an option for future meetings.

I've also e-mailed the event coordinator at the Tattered Cover so see about their meeting room at the LoDo location, but she's out of the office on Fridays. :/ I know the Denver JUG meets at the Tivoli Student Union at Auraria, but I have no idea who to contact about reserving the room.

Worst case scenario, everyone could sit on the floor in our living room. It's centrally located. :)
