It has a well lit large table at one end which would be suitable for the panel. The rest of the room has various comfortable chairs. It isn't ideal, but it would work. AFIK it is free, but then they expect to sell some coffee, tea and snacks. If you can, please take a look. We will need to reserve it to make sure we have the room. The bad news - you have to reserve at least 14 days in advance, so it's out for this month. But could be an option for future meetings. I've also e-mailed the event coordinator at the Tattered Cover so see about their meeting room at the LoDo location, but she's out of the office on Fridays. :/ I know the Denver JUG meets at the Tivoli Student Union at Auraria, but I have no idea who to contact about reserving the room. Worst case scenario, everyone could sit on the floor in our living room.
